“Peak Performance” is a ready to wear collection that was created to equip the wearer with the wardrobe they need to overcome the challenges of growing up and living in the “adult world”. Inspired by my beautiful 8 year old sister who is full of adventure and a love of the outdoors, I imagined her as a grown up: strong and independent. This “speculative design” collection was made for her future self with bold silhouettes taking inspiration from the thrilling and energetic world of motorsports and rock climbing, with an added femininity seen in sophisticated tailoring. Fabrics are 100% vegan, featuring technical finishes, embossing and contrast paneling which underline a unique, futuristic aesthetic. Accessories are reminiscent of protective wear to enhance the fashionable, yet elegant looks in black, blues and bright acid green accents for a customer who values comfort and functionality but doesn’t want to compromise on extraordinary style.
