Film & TV Production

Working as the sound recordist, boom operator, and post-production mixer on Finding Yourself, I immersed myself in building the film’s sonic world to reflect its core themes of transformation and isolation. On set, I was aiming to capture clean, expressive dialogue and authentic ambient sounds that would support the emotional journey of the characters. In post-production, I shaped the raw recordings into a cohesive and textured soundscape, using subtle shifts in tone and atmosphere to mirror the character’s growing detachment from their former life. Handling all aspects of sound, allowed me to develop a more intuitive and creative approach to storytelling through sound, where each choice—whether a breath, a silence, or a distant noise—became essential to the viewer’s experience of the film.
