For this project, I have explored the readaptation and reuse of an existing building, by turning the current Future Language School into an Arts & Design Hub. The readapted space now serves as a canvas for Dublin's emerging talent and functions as a Social Responsibility. Within its walls, artists, designers, and performers showcase their work, while studios buzz with activity as creative minds explore new mediums and collaboration thrives. This inspired my concept of Collage: Where creative minds and crafts unite to form community and art. The new layout focuses on a main void, with curving staircases and light following throughout each floor. Studios, pods, and creative workspaces are thoughtfully designed to be open, fostering a sense of freedom and fluidity while retaining their distinct character. The hub's design incorporates Universal Design principles alongside innovative solutions to foster Positive Change.
