The proposed project involves the transformation of an existing building, formerly a warehouse and currently operating as a gym under FlyeFit, into a vibrant paediatric outpatient clinic. This redevelopment will repurpose the gym facilities to accommodate three key functions: healthcare, hospitality and recreation. The clinic will offer a variety of essential services, combining physical health spaces and mental health ones, fostering a supportive environment for both children and their families.  At its core, this project aims to create a welcoming space that encourages regular visits by making the clinic not only a place for healthcare but also a hub for the community by exploring child-centred design, universal design and sustainable design.
