Rebecca Noe’s Portrait

This project explores designing a collaborave office for various disciplines. For this project I wanted to emphasize the human factors and ergonomics, aiming to create an innovative approach to office design which promotes movement and creative thinking.

Serving as my point of inspiration for the Chocolate Factory are the various systems of the human body and their connecting links and converging points. Keeping this in mind, I devised five distinct categories to characterize the spaces of the office. The brain: the haven for thought and innovation. The heart: where passion finds its pulse. The stomach: nurturing both body and soul. The hands: the workshop of labor and creation. The feet: grounding the structure in balance. At the central point of the building, these five areas converge at a focal point known as the central hub. This design aims to create a freeing environment that can be personalized for each individual.
