This project consists of the redesign of The Chocolate Factory building on King's Inns Street, Dublin 1. The concept for my design is “eyes”.  I used the concept of the eye to inform my design such as incorporating round forms and common eye colors throughout. The clients are those who work in the field of visual arts and I have created a place where these visual creatives can work with likeminded people making collaboration, idea sharing and experimenting easy. My design approach for the Chocolate Factory focuses on embracing the building's industrial characteristics and remaining loyal to its history while bringing it into the 21st century, offering a comfortable stimulating atmosphere for the individuals who work there.
